The Vision of the Detroit-Windsor Chapter is to provide a full range of services to our representatives by: 

• Becoming a premier women’s organization for today’s businesswomen and their firms
• To offer personal and professional growth
• To offer leadership skills through training program, mentoring and service to our community
• To offer involvement with the community through scholarship and philanthropic projects
• To bring together key individuals from diverse businesses.

• Increase and maintain a strong membership base
• Establish an effective marketing plan to achieve recognition and visibility
